Alaska Bible Institute
Origins Church is proud to partner with Alaska Bible Institute, a 2 year Biblical Studies program located in Homer AK.. ABI is committed that the study of the Bible be affordable for everyone, therefore ABI has a missionary based staff and faculty who raise their own support. Along with taking classes or instructing, students and staff also participate in traveling to remote villages where they share God’s message of love and Salvation.
Origins Church has a personal connections to ABI. Origins member Miriam Shamel is a graduate of Alaska Bible Institute. Miriam’s brother Eric Rozeboom is President and an Instructor at ABI. Pastor Brad’s daughter Tricia and her husband Cody Groeneveld are also at ABI. Tricias part of the class of 2024 and is also Director of Development, her husband Cody is Assistant Director of Operations. Love Your Neighbor
